The Internet Crime Complaint Center (IC3) is a partnership between the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), the National White Collar Crime Center (NW3C), and the Bureau of Justice Assistance (BJA).
The IC3's mission is to serve as a vehicle to receive, develop, and refer criminal complaints regarding the rapidly expanding arena of cyber crime. The IC3 gives the victims of cyber crime a convenient and easy-to-use reporting mechanism that alerts authorities of suspected criminal or civil violations. Register compaint against a cell phone or landline number in Pakistan
If someone is annoying you from an unregistered or incorrectly registered SIM card, you can still register the complaint against the culprit and PTA will block the connection. If still the messages and calls continue from another number a proper action will be take against the person and even if he/she is using an unregistered or incorrectly registered SIM he/she will be tracked out, reached and coped easily, all you have to do is complain with PTA on first place.
You can call at PTA’s complaint number 0800-55055 to complain against the landline or mobile number from which someone is threatening you. You can also send an email to PTA’s contact email complaint@pta.gov.pk for registering your complaint but using their toll free complaint number mentioned above is recommended for a fast response.

I have got hosting from servers500.com but there server is down again and again. Further more they shift their servers frequently so many times during shifting my current data had been lost. And data loss is a big loss. They should improve their service and lend an ear to customer complaints. When there is some problem their online support is not responding to clients.

- Road at Tahli Mohri chowk is in worst condition witch results in traffic jams and damage to vehicles. Please do REHIM to the residents of the area and repair the road.
- There is a lot of encroachments in Tahli Mohri to Dheri Bazar. Almost all of the shops put their goods out on road. Make it impossible for pedestrians to move in the bazar and shop.
- Please take necessary action as soon as possible
